Every person embarks on their own personal journey, and we are here to meet you wherever you are in that journey, and offer hope and healing!
We love people and our mission is people.

I am also trained in anxiety and depression techniques, as well as EMDR (trauma therapy), Gottman Therapy (for couples), and divorce recovery. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your story.

Adults— Past events & experiences can result in unhealthy coping mechanisms and negative core beliefs about ourselves and/or the world. Even when we "know" our behaviors and thoughts aren't helpful, sometimes we just feel so stuck and aren't sure what, if anything, will help. That’s where I come in—I help individuals overcome past struggles, challenge & replace negative beliefs, process past traumas, and develop healthy coping skills.
Children/Adolescents— Kiddos face their own difficulties-- behaviorally, emotionally, socially, academically, etc. I provide an environment for them to safely explore and express their emotions, process any past traumas, and develop necessary skills. Using play therapy, TBRI, behavior modification, CBT, and a combination of other approaches, I assist children in learning new coping mechanisms and ways to redirect inappropriate behaviors, allowing them the opportunity to thrive.
